Overview
Salt LS s.r.o. is a leading retailer of electronics, home appliances, garden equipment, and flooring based in Sabinov, Slovakia. Their mission is to provide expert guidance and high-quality products that make every purchase seamless and reliable.
Salt LS commissioned the redesign of their e-commerce site (saltsabinov.sk) to modernize the online experience, highlight their full product range, and support both in-store and online sales.
Problem
The online storefront did not fully reflect the breadth of their product range (white goods, black goods, home appliances, garden tools, flooring).
Navigation and filter functionality were limited, making it harder for customers to efficiently browse categories like built-in appliances, small kitchen appliances, garden equipment, or flooring.
The mobile experience needed improvement to meet modern usability expectations and optimize conversion from browsing to purchase.
The brand message emphasizing expert guidance and service was not sufficiently highlighted in the digital journey.
